Brett brings more than two decades of experience in the software-as-a-service and analytics industry, with a strong dedication to the principles of customer success and leadership. He was a driving force in developing our best-in-class global Customer Success organization, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences as trusted advisors and driving strategic results for our brand partners.
Brett earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from Azusa Pacific University. His passions off the brand commerce field revolve around his family, faith and community where adventure, travel and outdoors are added to the mix wherever possible.
