Sharp Warranty void for cleaning the front glass on tv

I cleaned the screened as directed and they say I may have caused damage which gave me pixel lines from top to bottom of the tv set. They stated that the mear fact that I touched the TV prior to the problem void warranty because it may have caused physical damage.

Fantastic Picture Quality
