Pros: For the price, this switch is incredible. Has been operating for more than 60 days + without a reset. I have two ports trunked together, which makes downloads times two. Netgear hit a home run with this managed switch.

Pros: Insane transfer speeds, very low latency, good management features, cool and quiet, I have never had to reset this switch... ever. I get about 70MB/s (big B not little b) between computers. Also less than 1ms ping.
Cons: VLANs and QoS goes by port and not mac address :(

Cons: I haven't found any yet.
Other Thoughts: I use this as the core of my home network. I am running split VLANs for my front end network and my linux iscsi network. This little box FLIES!!
