Buy.com is really great to buy from

I normaly don't take the time to write reviews like this. But, I'd like to pass it on to everyone that I have purchased many many items from buy.com. works fine but no good surprises

I was encouraged to buy a webcam by my stepdaughter. When it came I had to install it twice just to see what it would do. The documentation is scarce and hard to use for a neophyte like me.

And one person I was using it with said it kept cutting out and I had to restart it many times.

I don't think this technology is very mature yet. It works OK but there are pitfalls.

performs as promised

I bought one for myself and one for my friend who moved to Switzerland. It is fun to be able to talk face to face. The quality of the sound and picture are good. She had a little trouble with the software installation, but all is well now.

Overall much Satisfied with this purchase

The logitech quikcam is working great since I purchased in last 3 months and the price is a good deal from Buy.com. Image clarity is awesome. I'd love more if the picture comes very fast. During the chat, I see images are updated every 2 secs. So, we can see a break easily between the image transfer. I used previously creative webcam. And comparing to that, Logitech is very good and excellent in use. Only drawback is, when logitech releases new versuion of the software, auto update did not happe...
