Excellent value, supported by VOIP providers We purchased a half-dozen of these for my startup because they're supported by Vocalocity (our VOIP provider), had the features we want, and the price was right. It's a solid, few-frills, get-the-job-done VOIP phone. Excellent sound quality, and it's attractive on the desk, too.
My only complaint is that the phone uses icons (a picture of a hand for "hold", a piece of paper with a folded corner for "setup") instead of words. At first blush, it's not always intuitive what those icons m...

Great Phone, Best "Bang for you Buck" Tech Level: high
Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: This phone fully supports NAT, when configured correctly you can plug this phone into any internet connection and be on your phone system. handset has great quality. very nice look and feel
Cons: the speaker phone is a bit weak and the asterisk provisioning is a bit weird.
Other Thoughts: compared to other SIP phones on the market this is truly the best bang for you...

You probably want the SPA941 instead Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: This is a nice VoIP phone for the price, full of features, the quality is good.
Cons: I wish that the volume on the speakerphone and the handset could go higher. I've found myself on speakerphone with the volume up to the max and still having trouble hearing the other party.
