Pros: Installed and configured easily for internal use. This box is as easy to set up as you'd hope for. It has clear menus and is pretty basic.

OK, but consider draytek's Vigor 2910
 
Tech Level: somewhat high
Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Works Deep Packet Inspection

Cons: No dual wan, no sip, no 100+ Mb/s wireless mode Antenna: Single, non-detachable

Other Thoughts: I set this one up for a customer because he requested it. Personally I run a Draytek Vigor2910VG at home (2 WAN ports, 2 SIP ports, hardware firewall, content filtering, VPN) which is considerably cheaper. But unfortunately not ...
