Great Picture, Poor Customer Service The engineering and picture quality on this is amazing. Quite Frankly, however, Samsung has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The base of the unit was broken upon arrival. Samsung informed me that they don't cover any physical defects, even though it was boxed at the Manufacturer and the box was defective. They were rude and obnoxious to me on the phone.

Great HDTV! Just purchased this HDTV 3 weeks ago and so far I have not been disappointed. Before this TV, I had a fifteen year old Toshiba and that was starting to go out. A few months ago, I started looking around for different Samsungs( I knew I wanted a Samsung because of their reputation for great HDTVs) Their were a few that I was looking at but wasn't thrilled with the prices. Great TV All of the other reviews cover pretty much all of the other "pros" for this TV and I agree with them 100%. I wanted to mention its quality for gaming.
I knew before I bought a new tv that me and my roomate would be using it alot for gaming on the xbox 360. I tried a couple of others with an 8ms response time and they just weren't quick enough. When I decided I was going to need something with 6ms or better I assumed I would have to spend a great deal more. Then I found this tv.[Read N.
