H12 piece of doodoo. cust service the worst Bought this in march 08 and have had problems since I opened it up. The people I talk to can't hear me or I sound like i'm talking under water. I called motorola, sent it back for a replacement 2 times and it's the same way. I've now been fighting with motorola for 2 months trying to get them to send me a brand new one in the box, just like I sent it to them. I figure I could then sell it personally and try and get some of my money back. Horrible head set, horrible customer service. I won't...

Works Great! The bluetooth works great with my motorola phone. It connected easily; sits securely in my ear; and blocks alot of the background noise during conversation. Friends have commented they can hear me much clearer on this bluetooth, compared to my old one. It has even surprised me when I am walking in windy conditions and my friends can't tell that I'm outside. The battery pales in comparison to my other bluetooth (lasts about 3 hours) and I wish it came with a few more ear cushions for a custom fit...

Excellent Clarity when it works I bought this to work with my iPhone. I usually only buy noise canceling headsets, as I use these mostly when driving with the air conditioning running full blast.
So, lets start with the good. This is one of the smallest headsets I've ever seen. It comes with plenty of accessories, such as a desktop dock, and a travel dock. It fits comfortably out of the box with no need for adjustment. The clarity when running at it's peak is one of the clearest I've heard.

The best Bluetooth I have ever owned! I purchased the Motopure H12 from a Sprint store about a month ago when I purchased my new Blackberry. This is the 4th bluetooth headset I have purchased and by far the best. With the other three, every time I talked to people they said all they could hear was their own voice echoing back to them when they spoke, and the static and background noise was unreal.
