great TV, but "white glove" service is a JOKE The TV is great - but the white glove service consisted of dragging this enormous box into my living room and leaning it against the wall. Thank goodness my husband and I could lift it, but if you have any doubts about whether or not you can lift it... I'd really quiz the delivery service ahead of time. Quite annoying.

Awesome TV Received the TV early with no problems. I researched plasma TV's for about 3 months before choosing this one. I basically looked at Panasonic, Samsung and Pioneer. Pioneer was a bit out of my price range. Panasonic and Samsung both have great sets, but I ended up going with Panasonic because of its antiglare properties and the picture seemed a bit better to me. I have to say that I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The picture quality is fantastic. The antiglare works well. And the controller...

Very Very awesome TV Just a quick heads up. I bought this TV just yesterday. I already have a 1080p DLP upstairs which is 63 inches. This plasma is really only 720 but that's still "HD". Anyway even though it is not 1080 I can tell you, it still looks as good and sometimes even better than my tv upstairs. I think it's because it's a plasma, and also that it's smaller. Smaller = more sqwooshed together pixels. If you can save a bit of money getting a 720 plasma over a 1080 plasma like it did. Go for it. Your...

Great TV ! I bought this TV about a month ago. I bought it through Vanns. Beatiful display, nice looking, and cheap. I also purchased a Peerless wall mount and had it up on the wall in about 30 minutes (although fishing your cables through your wall takes the most time). I highly recommend this TV, great picture from a trusted company.

Simply Amazing I did quite a bit of research before buying this TV and it all paid off. The picture is just fantastic (using an HDMI cable) and I think the sound is excellent (once you enable the surround sound). I couldn't be more pleased. Now I watch channels in HD that I normally wouldn't even watch, just to see this amazing picture. The anti-glare screen was well worth the few extra dollars.

Superb Plasma HD I have had this TV for about three months now and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The picture quality is amazing especially using a DB2 antenna to get local digital channels. The side speakers produce very good sound quality. Everyone that sees this TV is amazed by it. I have trouble convincing people that its not a 1080P even when the incoming signal is 720P.

Excellent TV- Great shipping exprience I received my TV a little over a week ago; the price on Amazon was highly competitive, and even lower than a Panasonic employee plan that I have access to through work. All of the reviews already posted here accurately capture its performance very well, so I will not cover old ground here.
I did want to add that my experience with Amazon's shipping company, EGL (now CEVA Logistics). I was worried given the number of negative comments; but had a very positive exprience. Two point...

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I'm sitting in front of my new Panasonic plasma TV, and I'm not sure I'll ever move off of this couch. I'm so pleased with the picture quality, and I'm very pleasantly surprised at how good the sound is. This purchase was a long time coming, as I had been researching flat-screen TVs for about year. I finally got serious a couple of months ago and got to work deciding which one was right for me. I have a small den, so a 42" screen was as big as I dared go. (I sit about 8.5 feet from TV.) I consid...

Great - but shop around I bought this set through Costco (it was cheaper so look around). I actually have the TH-42PC77U which is the same set but with an anti-glare screen. Depending on where you're putting it you might want to spend the extra $100. I was a little concerned that this was a 720p set given all the hype about 1080p. I have 1080p 52" Sharp LCD in the family room and was going to go with another, but smaller for the master bedroom. However, after reading Consumer Reports review of this set I thought...
