Best Bang for the Buck!!!!! Great Depth and Quality without distortion or vibration. A little bulky but definitely worth the money considering the quality of the sound. Try watching Lord of the Rings with this on and stand back- it was awesome!

Great for family room entertainment center Great sound for good price. Used in 18 x 25 family room setup with the usual furniture and subwoofer off to right side on entertainment center.

Good Quality for the price! Bass is good on certain inputs such as CDs or DVDs but not as good on HDTV! Could be a problem at the source. Wood finish not painted well. However for the price this is a good subwoofer and a great value.

Onkyo Bas Reflex Powered Subwoofer (SKW-204) Im very pleased and satisfied with my purchase. It was delivered ahead of schedule and I had absolutely no problem hooking it up to my system. Ive got wonderful sound results. Only thing I may want to mention is that my system has to be at a certainsound level loudness for the woofer to kick in.

Has Advantages and Disadvantages... I have this sub for almost a year now as a part of the 7.1 Surround Sound unit Onkyo sells. As the title says the sub has its advantages and disadvantages. brbrbrbrIf you are someone who does NOT crank up their system andor does not like big boomy bass sounds.... then this sub is a great choice for you. It works very nicely in the soft bass regions and still has enough boom for when you feel the urge to turn it up some. brbrbrbrbrIf you are someone who loves the floor rattling in the battle feel...

Awesome Sub!! This powered sub is worth the $$$! I am very impressed with the sound and design. Makes music and movies come alive with thundering bass that sounds good! No cheap distortion with this sub! Also the adjusting features are a major PLUS!!
