Works Great After becoming very frustrated with the provided and for purchase DSL modems from ATT, I selected this item based on compatibility with the rest of my network equipment. The modem was an easy set-up and has worked without a flaw. And best of all has eliminated the 'Network Cable Unplugged' issue that plagued the ATT modem.

Pros: Works much bettter than the westell modem bellsouthgave me to use. Able to handle more traffic and bandwidth than the generic ones you receive from DSL providers.
Cons: Limited up speed.

Tech support not cooperative. D-Link makes high quality equipment, but this modem does not handle DHCP as it is mentioned in the instruction, nor does it scan and setup the DSL settings for you. Tech support was very uncooperative to help. I won't be purchasing another.

Pros: The Dlink GUI is easy to use and offers fine-grained control of modem settings (down to the level that only very advanced users would care about). For those who don't want the hassle, the auto-configure wizard is pretty good, though it didn't work for my Verizon line (I had to call and ask them to feed me a couple of settings).

Pros: Modem quickly detected and autho configured to the SBCGLOBAL network. I was rather impressed by this. Once detected, it went online and has not stopped since.
Cons: Lack of documentation on many of the features. Would like to tweak. Dlink makes good products but falls short on documentation.

Pros: Better than Qwest DSL modem they provide. Good small compact size for a modem.
