I love newegg

Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: It worked for two days.

Cons: It died after it froze and I took the battery out.

Other Thoughts: The only reason I am giving it 4 eggs is not because the product or sansa or sandisk is good. It is because of newegg's awesome customer service. They gave me a new one without me having to go through the hassle of returning the defective model!
