Great Product, Useful Vista Infomation I know this product well so let me try to clear up some of the issues.
1) Toshiba does sell 2 versions of this dock 1 that supports 1280x1024 monitors or 19inch monitors and below and another the other that supports 1680x1050 and 1600x1200 or monitors up to 22 inch monitors and beyond.

USB docking station that works I am very pleased with this generic USB docking station. It works as advertised with dual external monitors supported (1 connected to the laptop's video-out port and the 2nd monitor connected to the Dynadock's built-in video port). I am using it with a 22" WS and a 19" non-WS monitor with 1600 by 1050 and 1280 by 1024 resolution, respectively. The Dynadock's network, audio and extra USB ports all work as advertised.

Useless - don;t buy This does not work properly with Vista and Toshiba persistently misrepresent it's capabilities and consistently fail to produce drivers. Very limited functionality in terms of screen replication, every time you restart system printer drivers are re-installed, sound capabilities crippled with Vista.

Display problems The "high performance video" in this product is made by DisplayLink, I believe it is one of their USB video adapters built into the DynaDock.
I use it with a 19" Philips 109P40 VGA CRT. In 1280x1024, it will only do 60 Hz refresh rate.
The same monitor will do 85 Hz refresh rate at that resolution when connected directly to the laptop.

works great - impressive with a VGA display I had this up and working within a few minutes (running Vista). Response time is good - don't notice any display/mouse lag.

Dynadock DVI I couldn't find ANY info on this unit online that was useful, so I hope this finds you and you find it useful.The entire purpose of this unit is to simplify the removal of your laptop from accessories and monitors as you come and go. Single USB Convenience for Broad Connectivity I have been using this product for nearly two months and it has filled my needs for easy connectivity to a range of devices when I use my laptop in my home office.
Although setup was not remarkably challenging, it is absolutely essential that you go to the Toshiba site and obtain the most current drivers. Just as a 'gotcha' that site seems to maintain drivers in multiple locations and/or formats . . . the first set I found did not successfully install, the next set were just fine.

Big Improvement over Targus Unit Once I got past an initial bug this really works great. When the unit was set for maximum resolution and 32 bit color it would basically die and everything would move back to my laptop screen. Once I set it for 16 bit color everything has been working well. The update is fast enough to view YouTube type videos. I have not tried full screen yet.

Toshiba Dynadock This is a good product and keeps the cords more organized. The only real complaints that I have is that it changes your monitor back to Windows standard and the Vista Aero doesn't work. Also, the ethernet doesn't work, at least with the AT&T DSL service that I have.

No Problems. I was pleasantly surprised. No problems with Vista and additional monitor. A little expensive for a glorified port replicator but I was pleased with the Buy.com price.
