Fantastic set - no complaints !!! Bought this a few months ago - tinkered around with all the settings - hooked it up to my PS3(80gb model - the best!!) - used DVD & blu-ray calibration disks to fine-tune and after endless hours of experimentation the results are satisfying - if not spectacular.
1) Connections - has more than what you might normally need, unless you are a hardcore techie setting up a really hifi home-theater setup. Go thru the specs

Badboy Works great on the xbox and doubles up as a monitor for my laptop. Added a wireless keyb and mouse and now the laptop is a media center!

Great value for a good tv! We have owned this for about 6 months now and haven't had any problems. THe picture is beautiful, can look a bit pixelized if your too close but I do believe this TV is meant to be viewed at around 10 - 15 feet away. The sound is nice, could be a bit more powerful but most people (including us) go through a stereo these days.
We have digital cable and it looks great, DVD's great also. Those are really the only two we've tried on it, I would imagine analog cable wouldn't look too ...

Great Flat Screen Finally, I can review a product I am happy with overall in price, shipping, and timeliness of receipt without any problems. Great overall picture with good clarity, and I really enjoy having a 37" screen. However, I have 2 issues: 1 is that when showing videos on this television, they are very fuzzy and the picture comes out quite badly. Nice TV, great price Got this TV about a month ago. The HD programming looks great - standard definition content is a little grainy (which isn't too surprising). It was easy to hook up and the menus were easy to navigate.

BUYER BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have a similar Toshiba 47LZ196 that I paid $3499.99 for in Dec. 2006 that is just under 1 year and 2.5 months old and the panel ($3400.00) crapped out on me. After being informed by multiple Toshiba reps that I was in the window to receive assistance I was informed NOTHING would be covered and I was responsible for the cost of the part and repairs. What a joke for a higher end flat panel. One year and almost $4000.00 down the old crapper. Such a shame since I really liked that tv.

Very Good Value for a 37" LCD Good service from shipping company. Product was easy to set up and use out of the box. Excellent features, and appearance. Picture quality very good. I notice a slight blurr, every now and then, as an image moves on the screen, as if part of the image starts to move slightly before the rest of the image. Not too bad, though. Overall very good picture quality. Very satisfied with this purchase for the price, and would recommend.

Toshiba REGZA 37 inch LCD TVv We have had it for three weeks and so far are very happy with the TV. Even the SD channels bring us terrific pictures with one exception. Our local CBS affiliate has had rather poor quality during the NCAA basketball playoffs. Interestingly, our other local channels carried by DISH come through much better. (We understand DISH is not yet prepared to carry these local channels in HD.) The sound quality is very good. Delivery was on time and the delivery man was exceptionally helpful in setting up...

Satisfied customer We are satisfied that we received just what we expected based on the descriptions and specifications for the Toshiba TV. We had no problems with the setup and wiring to our satellite receiver and DVD player. We have not been able to get the Toshiba remote control to operate the satellite receiver -- but that might not even be possible. All in all 100% satisfaction.

Love my Toshiba I've had my Toshiba REGZA now for about 2 weeks and I have no regrets about my purchase. I was tired of moving my blunderbust of a 32" analog TV and was ready for an LCD. I purchased a 15" Toshiba this summer for my bedroom and was quite pleased with the picture. The picture on this 37" REGZA is amazing. The price on Amazon was better than the local stores plus the shipping and handling was free. What more could I ask for....a fantastic TV for a great price delivered right to my door!

Bad design I've had this TV almost three months. I got it about $150 less than Amazon's lowest price.
The TV looks great in my small apartment, almost too big. The picture is great-I'm using it with DirectTv HD service. But the one thing that bothers me about the TV is the stand/base. great tv This is a great tv. I think it has good picture for standard definition as that's what I have. I hope to upgrade to HD soon but it looks really good now. It's great that it has many different connections, 2 composite, 2 component and 3 HDMI. Best TV in it's catagory.

Toshiba Regza 40RF35RU I have cable which says they broadcast in HD but can only get 480i as signal designation. Picture varies from unacceptable to moderately good but is never comparable to what I see on my neighbors plasma TV. Also find remote control is spastic. Excellent TV, including for gamers. I spent much time searching through televisions, looking for ones with Game Mode or ones known for no lag. I was a bit unsure how this television would perform, never mind that it had Game Mode. But I am pleased to say it functions well. Playing Final Fantasy on the PS2 or Zelda on a GameCube has been a breeze, just as every game on the Xbox 360. If you are looking for a television that will work well with games that need fast timing, this is an excellent choice.

Broken Right Out Of The Box! This LCD brought me nothing but problems, It took them a week to get it to me and i took it out the box and it looked great however i plugged it in and all hell broke loose. The screen was broken, i couldn't see anything. When i wanted to get a replacement becuase i got it for a very low price i couldn't get it.Amazon warehouse only gives refunds on LCD's not replacements. And no telling when i will get the refund or when they will pick it up.Highly Disappointed!
