Great upgrade Tech Level: high

Pros: I used to have the speakers that came with my hp computer, and they where decent, i mean hey i got sound. But i just installed these and have been playing games and music with it, and the difference is night and day! Anyone with sub par or even ok speakers, it would be worth it to buy these. Blasted Away!! This little puppy rocks!! After adjusting the volume settings on 3 remotes and devices (Yes, I am very picky), well, let's just say that I have to keep the volume down. Excellent sound. Rear speaker cords could be longer. These speakers sound great with very good bass. The wired remote for the power and volume levels is very convenient my last set of speakers had the volume and power controls on the bass box itself under my desk. The only con is the rear cords could be longer. It is not a major issue for me because the cords have RCA connectors so I just used some extra cords I had to extend them to the lenth I needed. Overall I am very satified with this purchase.

Nice look, good features, disapointing quality I've had these speakers for about three months now and they have the potential to be and sound amazing, however for one reason or another, they just aren't and don't.
The first annoying thing is the length of the satellite speaker cables. NONE of them are really long enough for their intended uses. The front left/right speakers only have about 6 feet of cable. If you put the sub woofer on the floor to the right or left of your desk, there isn't enough cable to run to the farthest...

good for small places Love the sounds, love the price. but unless you plan on putting the front speakers right next to the monitor (not up on a shelf even) then these speakers are not for you since the cords are very short. Also just an F.Y.I. because of the sixth center speaker you will most likely have to set your computer for a 7.1 rather than the 5.1. No big deal and certainly no reason not to buy them.

Good set of Speakers... I've had the Creative Inspire 5100 for a longe time (5 years), and now I have upgraded to this ones..
Needless to mention about the price tag.. It is a real good value for the money....
The Good points I can mention are:
a) Nice and loud sound (without getting to much technical details of it)
b) Nice Bass as well...
c) The stands ! You can have them in 2 positions and it helps to attach to walls... Really a very good thing about this set.

Great! I have been amazed at the quality of these speakers. My only complaint is that the cords are too short but other than that they are simply awesome!
