Cons: No jumper diagram provided on drive. Finally realized after 2 hours I needed a jumper to allow my first generation VIA SATA controller to recognize the drive.

Pros: SATA 3.0 rules. It took literally 1 sec to launch outlook express compared to maybe 5 seconds vs my old 80 gig EIDE drive. I cloned my 80 gigger with 2 partitions to this 160 in 1 hour and it booted right up. Now I just have to remove the old drive and save it in case this drive tanks at one point.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you have a SATA power connector on your PSU. I thought this would run with a standard 4-pin Molex, but it needs the SATA power connector. Good drive!
