just as mr lopez says I am a DSL user and it seems there are not too many companies catering my needs, which are a combined modem and wireless router. I made the mistake of getting such a box (2wire) from ATT. It would broadcast about 1 meter (I am not kidding), meaning that I had to use an ethernet cable. My next mistake was to get a linksys router to put in front of 2wire (using the 2wire as a modem only). Everytime there was a storm or electrical surge, one or the other reset and claimed the same IP address. I had...

Good Equipment Modem and router in one. Helps to organize and eliminate all that cabling! Is about as easy to setup as one can hope for and it works just great! Highly recommended.
