Great if you need it Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: Decent speed, works great on windows and mac, small footprint for 80 GB (at least the smallest footprint you can buy for 80GB today).
Cons: Plastic cover (but plastic is somewhat strong). Expensive for 80 GB.
Other Thoughts: Sure, it's cheaper to get a 2.5" hard drive instead, but it won't be as small.

Perfect for the digi scrapbooker! I bought this to store my digital scrapbooking files because there were just too many to bog down my PC. I filled up an 8 gig flash drive in about two weeks and needed something bigger. I had no idea that you could fit so much information in such a small space. Its only slightly bigger than the 8 gig I had and holds 10 times as much. Now I can really play!

Best back up ever!! This is the best back up device you can find. Small, sturdy and dependable. Anyone who uses a computer should have one of these. 80 GB on something this small! Amazing!! Whoever is in charge of getting these built and out to people should be commended.

Great gadget This is a great portable storage option. It's plug and go, which is awesome, and the size makes it very convenient. It's slightly slower than some other drives, but that is more than made up for as far as I'm concerned by the size and ease of use. Glad I bought it.

Great external storage for a netbook! This is very small, at 3.4 x 2.7 x 0.7", and has a wrap-around USB cord that makes it convenient to use. Too bad the internal 1.8" hard drive isn't accessible/upgradable, but that might make it bigger.
It looks like there will be some competition for this thing in the near future from Plextor, with devices that are thinner (0.5" or 12mm) but otherwise a similar size, though without the wraparound keyboard.
