Pros: Works reliably and fast. Uses a solid USB header for connecting to the motherboard instead of just a bunch of wires you have to decipher the hook-up order to get it installed. Pros: Lows cost. Works great. And I needed a reader that could handle Xd cards. Also it looks pretty good.
Cons: Some persons might have trouble changing the face plate. The secret is to go slowly and gently and it will fit. A little experience servicing radios and tv's in plastic cabinets might help.

Pros: It reads everything! I've used smart media, sd, mmc, minisd, micro sd, memory stick/pro, compact flash, and even a 4GB SDHC card! I haven't had any problems with it and have not had to install any drivers either (xp sp2). This reader makes life so much easer with regards to removable storage.
