WOW..That's fast! Tech Level: somewhat high

Pros: I/O Speed is amazing! We work with tons of data (sorting addresses for direct mail) and the new postal regulations changed how we did things. With the changes we were averaging 25K records sorted per hour, running the software off this drive we are now getting 2 Million records sorted per hour! No record loss with power shutdown

Pros: I mainly bought this for durability. My laptop (Sharp MM20) had no moving parts except its hard drive, and that died. It should be indestructable now. ;) Aside from that, the speed is nice and the capacity is liveable for my application.
Cons: Form Factor: My laptop had a Toshiba 1.8"" drive which seems to be pretty rare. Most laptops use 2...
