Pros: We have this Fax Machine at work which we use constantly. It is a real work horse, easy to setup and use. I needed one for home so naturally I like doing my shopping at wonder egg and saw they were discounting it for $100 bucks so I jumped on the deal. Anyone that has a need for a reliable fast machine, this will do the trick.

Just the fax I wanted a solid fax machine that did one thing only, and did it well: send and receive faxes. So, far, this machine has performed flawlessly. My only complaint with the machine is that there is no space (or very little space) above or below the one-touch numbers to wrote in the name of the person/company the one-touch button is dedicated to. There are 32 such buttons, so it could be tough to remember them all. But overall, a good machine that is built for years of trouble-free service.

IntelliFax 4100e I had a previous Brother Fax that I had to purchase quickly (model 2820) when my previous machine quit. The 2820 was slow and would jam if we tried to send several pages of documents at one time. The 4100e has had no such problems, it is fast, user friendly, doesn't jam. Excellent print quality. My staff and I (medical office) are very happy with this machine. Definitely a 5 star machine.

Excellent ouput quality The quality of the output for a fax is excellent, and the toner costs are low.

Great upgrade for my home office Tech Level: somewhat high

Pros: My old Panasonic fax machine started acting up on me, so was time for a replacement. I went with Brother due to previous great experiences with their printers. This fax machine works great, large memory, very fast scanning/document feeding, plenty of options so you can customize it exactly how you want, and a fast transmission speed.

Pros: This fax is very easy to setup and I did not have trouble finding defaults to change such as setting the default fax res to fine. It prints fast and makes good copies as well.
Cons: My only complaint is that this is not useful as an office printer because they don't include a network port on anything but their $800 5750e. I w...
