Pros: We have this Fax Machine at work which we use constantly. It is a real work horse, easy to setup and use. I needed one for home so naturally I like doing my shopping at wonder egg and saw they were discounting it for $100 bucks so I jumped on the deal. Anyone that has a need for a reliable fast machine, this will do the trick.

Just the fax I wanted a solid fax machine that did one thing only, and did it well: send and receive faxes. So, far, this machine has performed flawlessly. My only complaint with the machine is that there is no space (or very little space) above or below the one-touch numbers to wrote in the name of the person/company the one-touch button is dedicated to. There are 32 such buttons, so it could be tough to remember them all. But overall, a good machine that is built for years of trouble-free service.

IntelliFax 4100e I had a previous Brother Fax that I had to purchase quickly (model 2820) when my previous machine quit. The 2820 was slow and would jam if we tried to send several pages of documents at one time. The 4100e has had no such problems, it is fast, user friendly, doesn't jam. Excellent print quality. My staff and I (medical office) are very happy with this machine. Definitely a 5 star machine.

Excellent ouput quality The quality of the output for a fax is excellent, and the toner costs are low.
