Good, Fast delivery, nice box. But I didn't need it. A bad modem for gamers... Tech Level: average
Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: For the standard consumer, this modem is adequate. It had good upload and download speeds and is generally reliable. I had mine for over 2 years and it never failed.

Better to buy after-market I'm a Mac user and I got to say this product is sweet. Once I got it, I unpacked it, hooked it all up and I was good to go.
The one thing I have to say is that when you use this in tandem with an Airport Base Station, you have to remember to "Renew DHCP Lease" (Preferences>Network>TCP/IP) when you first hookup the modem and after you use the "Standby" switch on the modem to refresh the network to the correct IP address.

Great Speed Boost Easy set up with Comcast. Called tech support with serial number and MAC number with fast set up. Speed Boost from 2.4 Mbps to 4.+. Downloads of videos and large files much faster.

Pros: This is a absolutely great cable modem. My download speeds went from 6000kbps to 17000kbps and my uploads went from 350kbps to 1500kbps! This modem was very easy to use. Just call your cable company. I have Comcast and they gladly let me used it after I took the old one off my bill.

Pros: Plug it in, run through Cox cable's web based setup, and 3 minutes later I'm online -- without installing any bloatware garbage from Cox.
Cons: Only 1 tiny one... I would have preferred a horizontal layout fo it could stack with the router, and voip box. Yeah you can place it sideways but it still looks stupid like that.

Pros: Small size fits well on the shelf next to my router. Fires up fast and is speedy on download/upload times.
Cons: Manual not the best on the CD.
