Fujitsu - reliable as usual. As a techie, I've come across many no-name and named brands. Fujitsu has always delivered quality at an exceptional price - not to mention its global warrantees on some (not all) of its products. This little 100GByte upgrade to my laptop is no exception. It slid, clicked, and was recognized by my dated IBM Thinkpad A22p laptop model 2629. Formatted to Windows XP with no errors and it's been running fine for a week so far.

Excellent Choice! Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 day to 1 week
Pros: Fast & quiet and though only 20G larger than the 80G drive that crashed, seemingly generations ahead! My notebook runs much faster than before.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Other Thoughts: Newegg processed and shipped my order much faster than expected and was delivered the very NEXT day! Although, UPS nearly fudged delivery, ordered Monday, received Tuesday...

Pros: Excellent little driver.I upgraded my 20GB Fujitsu C-6581 laptop with this baby and have now four times more capacity.Very easy to install it ourself: Backup your data replace hard drive,reinstall the OS etc... Love it!

Great Drive Used the CMS Data Transfer to copy my existing drive plugged Fujitsu drive into my Compaq laptop and worked great. Computer is used 8+ hours a day and have had no problems with the drive. Very Good price and fast delivery.

Works great This drive was easy to install, recover CD restored the system and programs onto the hard drive, and it has worked great ever since. I would recomend it as a replacement drive.

Pros: This hard drive replaced a 60GB Fujitsu that came with my laptop. Installation was no problem at all, plus I opted out of using the Recovery application and manually installed all software that came with the computer. In fact it was a better setup then how I purchased it. Very responsive and fast in bringing up programs.

Works great! The old drive on my Toshiba Satellite laptop died and I replaced it with this one. The drive was pretty easy to install and it works great! I would definitely recommend it.

Backup drive I ordered this as a backup drive for a system I needed to clear off to sell. I dropped the drive in an external enclosure and proceeded with Carbon Copy Cloner. So far, the drive has been in perfect working order, thus the 5 star rating. As it's not a "use every day" item, it's entirely possible problems may arise later. Possible, but not probable. I anticipate a long life for the drive.
