What anyone considering buying this product NEEDS to know Things I wish I knew about this before I purchased it through the Amazon site:
1) The cheapest secondary vendor Amazon contracts this item through is Tiger Direct (I purchased it at $1,699 for the new nonfurbished model in the summer of '05). When I originally ordered this, shipping calculated out to be $200! This is the best EDTV around ! It is almost 2 weeks since I have had this TV & I love it every bit.
Performance
As claimed by the manufacturer, this TV truly brings to life, all imaginable colors. Many times, I just want to freeze the frame to enjoy the picture postcard like scenes.

Best Plasma for the Money I looked and research the web for a month. I paid 1,523.00 for this tv!! Best money I have ever spent. No regrets. I have had the tv for two weeks now. I never knew that 3.6 billion colors could add so much to watching tv. The blacks are black. I could go on and on. Hey I don't have to write a review. I just am so impressed!! I finally can stop looking on the web, the search is over now all I watch is 42 inches of heaven!!

Excelente compra De varios plasmas, este es uno de los mejores, si lo desea para ciudades con altitudes superiores a los 5.000 pies los recomiendo, lo uso actualmente a 8.800 pies de altura y funciona a la perfeccion.

WOW...Awesome!! I own this television and its great! Great picture, great brightness and was one of the most affordable plasma TV's in the market. Its been about 5 months since I've owned this and I've very happy. Highly recommend it.
