Trendnet TE100P1P Parallel Print Server This item was extremely easy to install and works as advertised. It is a workable alternative to having a built-in network print server. The only unaesthetic aspect is the requirement for an external DC supply ("wall wort").

Great Product I hooked up a laser printer for my daughter and her college roommates using this print server. They all have laptops running Windows XP working off a wireless router I installed earlier this fall. The whole process was easy to follow and took less than 20 minutes to set up.

Be aware !!!! This is a great price after rebate for print server, BUT there is no any notification in description that this Print Server works just with some model of the printers. After trying to resolve my issue with TRENDnet tech support, we found out that It doesn't work with my Samsung ML-1740. After quick research on the Web , I found a lot of issues about incompatibility of this print server. Be aware about this print server and make research before buying it.

Reliable print server I have used Trendnet products for many years now, and have found them to be reliable and easy to use. Never had to service them after installation. The manuals sometimes can be difficult to read, but if you take the time to read it carefully and to follow the instructions, you will not go wrong. We have several Trendnet print servers, and will continue to buy them in the future.

Inexpensive and easy to install This print server was simple to install. The low price and network speed were major factors in the purchase but the ease of installation was a major benefit. I also like the fact that it is so small. I didn't have to find a location for the box, it just plugs into the back of the printer. Getting it operational on the network was no problem at all. I would definitely buy it again.

Works with Vista and Samsung ML-1740 I had a different experience as compared to another reviewer. I had to call tech support and got it to work with Vista and my Samsung ML-1740. I got to tech support within a minute and they were very knowledgeable. First ensure that the IP address matches your Default gateway subnet. Works with Vista I have a new laptop running Vista and an older HP laserjet 4P parrallel port laser printer. I am using a D-Link Dir-655 wireless router and get internet through a cable modem connected to this router. I connected the print server to the router and was able to get it configured and working without too much trouble.
