Pros: Fast. This replaced a HP pentium 4 3.0Ghz desktop replacement machine and will be used in a similar environment. Got all the software loaded and still performs great. Mine came loaded with Vista 64-bit operating system so was a nice benefit considering others have stated theirs came with 32-bit.
Runs pretty cool. Still get about 2-2.5 hours on the battery ...

Pros: I can not think of any. This is my first Laptop. I actually bought two, one for myself and one for my wife. I purchased a 15.4" Toshiba for her. If I had it to do all over I would have purchased an ASUS for her for two reasons. ASUS has 24 month warranty vs. Toshiba 12 month and the quality seems to be much better with the ASUS.
