Pros: I couldn't beat the price-per-port, and with a still-useful LaserJet 4L and an OfficeJet to connect, that was key. Manuals were quite clear how to set the IP address of the server and use it in TCP/IP mode from Windows. Setup on Linux was painless (SuSE 9.1 & 9.3).
