Pros: Good they started putting the USB on the MLC (multi level cell) drives. very smart as the MLC drives are better used as very reliable data backup or as a second drive for games etc. (fast random reads).
Cons: MLC drives dont make the best system drives. If people would do their homework first before buying MLC drives for system drives they wouldnt be posting bad reviews and ...

Pros: Blazing fast sequential read/write performance. Fast boot time for Windows. Good price.
Cons: Unbelievably slow random write performance under Vista 64 (5.7MB/s according to Sandra). It took over 3 hours to install Adobe CS3. The problem causes the whole system to grind to a halt as it waits for all the queued write requests...

Pros: Stupid fast boot times, some apps load 200% normal speed. As a 'game drive' it is your best option bar none. For a boot drive on a laptop, it is your best option with some side effects - see 'Cons'

Cons: Don't count on the rebate as you have 12 days from the order placement to postmark. You do the math. One day to process, 3 days shipping, throw a weekend in, and a couple of days testing and you loose. Any hickup, return it, don't try to work through it as you'll loose the rebate. Do not buy OCZ SSD Tech Level: somewhat high

Pros: a little faster than HDD
Cons: Buy $260, rebate = refused , bla bla bla......
1 week sell $99 (after rebate) Very upset
Windows XP freeze (see OCZ forum) no multi-task at all

Pros: blazing fast, usb connection, drop-in replacement for laptop drive, great speed for the price
Cons: Box contained very little other than the drive and warranty card. Box was large for the contents included. Does not appear to have a temperature probe so I have no indication of overheating.

Pros: SSDs run cool making them great picks for Small Form Factor PCs, Laptops, PDAs, ETC. Lower Latency, Higher Reliability, All around evolved Hard Drive. You'll really only need 16GB or so for Windows, a few games, some apps, etc. I'll be using my 80GB HDD for the other storage. No idea why everyone gets these 1TB hard drive, even 250GB.
