Pros: Right out of the box it was very easy to use....Had a few questions because the manual is sparse! Called customer service, received excellent help quickly.. What a pleasant surprise!

Great little unit Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: Very easy to use. MapShare technology is priceless. It is accurate 99% of the time and the speaker is very loud, so you can have your tunes one and still her it. The volume adjusts to the speed of your auto.
Cons: The new compact mount is a pain of the tail sometimes.
Other Thoughts: I think TomTom should introduce an alternative dash mount that would be sim...

Pros: Just got back from a trip. Super-cool-compact. online update available, easy setup. Reads clear and loud, must select computer voice though! With human voices TTS not working!
Buy this for mere $50 more, enjoy ease of navigation with tts.
