Best mobile device on the market! There are so many features on this device, it's not just a media player, it's an UMPC (ultra-mobile PC). Buyer Beware - Dead On Arrival - go through Apple next time I bought this to send to my sister in Germany, and when it got to her (via our Mum, who was traveling to visit) it was completely dead! Luckily she's able to exchange it at an Apple Store in Berlin, but after this experience I will be leery of buying another Apple product through Amazon.
This happened once before to me when I bought an AirPort card for my work iBook, the hardware I got was completely non-functioning.

Great device, ok sound quality, poor battery life It's a really good device. It has a very smooth and sensitive touch screen when compared to knockoffs. The interface is very sleek, it's fast. The new 2.0 firmware is great, as it works with all the applications. The device itself is very thin and just the right size. The calendar, contact list, photos, video playback and weather over WiFi make this a great organizer for me.

Refubished iPod - Scratches The seller was prompt and helpful when contacted about arranging an alternate shipping address. The actual iPod touch had quite a few significant scratches on the back. This was pretty annoying because the seller had advertised the product with a 'Like New' description. I personally don't think that a little used product should be considerably scratched. The price asked, $289 was however, significantly below the actual $400 price, so I am quite happy with my product on the whole.

Greatest Ipod Ever!!! I purchased this product late April, and i just updated it for the 2.0 iphone software update, and its just great... you can play now great games and has a bunch of free applications available on the itunes store, amazon has a great deal on this ipod touch, because if you want to buy it on a retailer store, the price is 325.00 dlls with tax and the gas money for the car that you are driving, etc...
