Great little camera for the price. I was going on a cross-country trip and was looking for a digital camera to bring with me when my mom recommended this one. I'm so happy! What a great little camera for the price! I am so happy with my purchase. An adorable, compact, easy-to-use, great camera! This is an awesome camera! My Exilim broke, which was an excellent camera, but I wanted to try the Nikon family. Pretty good camera. The s210 is a pretty good camera and I like it. Now i did take me some time to figure out how to use it properly...
you may need to play with the settings for the pictures to come out clearly and with the right amount of light.
Not using flash makes pictures blurry... I had this camera for 3 weeks and I like it... I just need to learn more about it :)

Great Camera / Wrong SD Card This is a great camera for general everyday use. The only problem I had was that I purchased this camera bundled with the recommended Kingston SD Card on Amazon's website. I was having trouble with the camera not saving the photos to the SD Card. I contacted Nikon's tech support and they informed me that only SanDisk, Lexar, Toshiba and Panasonic SD Cards are approved for use in this camera. Easy to use, big screen, and... plum! I've had a couple of digital cameras, and I like this one the best. Nice big screen, easy to figure out controls, nice and small (make sure to put your hand through the cord), and it's a really cool color! Yes, it doesn't take the shot when you want, just like any other digital of this class, but that's a given. (next stop - a digital SLR) No regrets, this is a nice camera.

Great camera This is just what I was looking for! I wanted a Nikon that was small and thin enough to fit in my purse or pocket and this fits the bill. It has the features I wanted plus many more. A Disappointing Nikon I bought the Nikon Coolpx S210 as a mother's day gift for my wife. She wanted a small, simple, point-and-shoot camera. The camera is indeed quite compact with some nice features, but in the end it is the quality of the photos that count. Great camera.........almost. I got this camera for my birthday because I needed a small, take-anywhere camera. My primary camera is a Canon S3 IS, which is amazing, but bulky enough to be cumbersome on family outings. The S210 is tiny, cute (got the plum), and good enough for the most part. Great pocket camera! Turn it on and shoot a picture in just a second! Good quality pictures and great video!
Life battery is one day and a couple of hours with intense use. The low battery sign will appear when you are already out there for another intense taking pictures day, so: get an extra battery or make sure every night you re-charge it. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to recharge it and the charger is light so you could event take it with you all the time.

Great camera This is a great little camera. I am a novice when it comes to digital cameras and bought a Pentax Optio M20 a couple years ago. With that camera I am thinking that digital cameras were supposed to take good pictures-the Pentax is 7 MP-but I was not getting good pictures. Plus it was very difficult to use. But this Nikon is very easy to use and takes great pictures. I take the same picture with both cameras and the Nikon wins hands down.

Good Buy, nothing more, nothing less The camera is easy to use, love the color....but you get what you pay for. I wish I would have spent the extra $50 something for the added pixels and optical zoom on the S520. I get blurry pics and I don't see any image stabilization, it doesn't zoom very far, and the camera is really light-weight, so make sure you wear the wrist strap or the thing may go flying. Overall its a good deal, but if you don't plan on buying another camera anytime soon, fork out the extra cash for a better model.

Nikon S210 The camera is great for what i wanted, a cheap, small camera that has decent features. My only complaint would be that I have not seen a way to tell how much battery life is left. The only indication of battery life is a warning symbol that shows up just as the camera runs out of power.

Great to Carry Around I just bought this camera two days ago from a camera store (yes, of course it's cheaper here). I have four other cameras, two film (Nikons) and two digital (one Nikon and one Olympus), but I wanted something that I could fit in my purse or backpack.
