The ANT24O9 is an indoor/outdoor antenna that provides extended coverage for an existing 802.11b or 802.11g wireless local area network (WLAN). With the ANT24O9 users can extend wireless coverage by connecting to a NETGEAR wireless access point or router and installing in the center of the networking environment on the ceiling or on a rooftop. The ANT24O9 Omni-directional antenna can be used with either 802.11b or 802.11g Wi-Fi products?requires NETGEAR antenna cables with reverse SMA connectors and is optimal for rooftop or ceiling placement.
