Account Manager Level 3



PriceSpider is expanding in a dedicated Client Success team to help PriceSpider Clients successfully adopt PriceSpider solution and services. We are looking for an Account Manager, Level 3 to drive successful adoption and expansion of our applications and services within her/his accounts. The Account Manager role will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers, help reduce implementation risk, drive usage of existing services, and identify opportunities in her/his accounts. The Account Manager is also a key part of our Client facing sales teams and will be called on frequently to leverage their deep knowledge of consumer pipeline, market presence, brand monitoring and data analysis to support sales growth. The Account Manager role will enable our Clients to realize business value from their investment and make our Clients passionate advocates of PriceSpider.

Essential Functions:

  • Create value for Clients by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a success plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them
  • Be accountable to drive expanded services within Clients by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption Plan
  • Leverage deep functional expertise to increase the Client’s usage of PriceSpider’s services
  • Proactively identify new and expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for the Client and for PriceSpider
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs) within each Client to influence Service adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on PriceSpider’s behalf across Brands and Countries
  • Build/maintain rapid channel of communication to Client in case of online service-related issues and events
  • Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with multiple external (e.g. Client’s Partner) and internal PriceSpider and services teams and be highly connected to PriceSpider SMEs throughout the Client’s Service lifecycle

Required Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of consultative sales experience is required. Prior experience in functional Digital Commerce, Brand Management, Digital Marketing Sales and similar experiences with top consulting firms or business applications vendors, and/or in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity for a top business applications vendor is ideal. Experience in both consulting and pre-sales is ideal
  • Proven ability to map the Client’s business process to product capability
  • Experience in driving SaaS service sales through effective remote selling, demonstration and close is a must
  • Experience in one of the following industries highly preferred – Retail, E-Commerce, E-tailing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS Client engagement
  • Top-notch executive engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision makers
  • Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and selling initiatives simultaneously
