Pros: This unit has it all. Even has a neat Dial-up backup. The Dial-up backup is a RJ45 to Serial adapter that allows you to plug in any external serial modem. Great firewall/router/VPN

Ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: Excellent piece of hardware. Own 2 of these for 2 different locations. Never goes down; consistent VPN link. Easy and highly customizable web-interface. Can also be configured via serial port.
Cons: 100Mbps LAN. Newer devices have gigabit on the LAN ports.
Other Thoughts: Overall, this is a GREAT device. I highly recommend.
