Excellent product
This review is from: Brother DR250 Drum Unit (Electronics) Though I haven't yet had the opportunity to open the unit I purchased from Amazon.com, this is only because the drum included with my MFC-4800 (the same model, DR-250) has lasted far beyond the rated 20,000 pages. I expect the one I bought to live up to this spectacular performance, as it seems printer items never deliver the number of pages they have to.

Excellent product price

The shipping took about a week but I could have gotten it sooner if I was willing to pay more for shipping. As a small business owner Amazon was the best way to purchase.

But This Product And Save Yourself Some $$$
My MFC-4800 now prints like a brand new printer. I looked at Office Depot and was appalled at the $179 price tag, then I found this item on Amazon. It came promptly in the mail and has worked perfectly for several weeks now. I recommend this product.

Great workhorse

I print a lot of docs and this workhorse continues going about its business without a hickup...which is what I expect from a printer/copier/fax; no problems. And the drum unit and toner cartridge are very easy to change without getting toner all over the place like some.
