Far better than expected

Pros: This program is much faster than parallels. I have this up and running on a brand new 24" iMac and it runs flawlessly. Being able to have windows linux and mac comingle the way that they do in this is outstanding.
Cons: I haven't run into any problems yet.
Other Thoughts: I am mainly a windows/linux person so I also have a lot more experience using VMWare...

Excellent app to run XP on Mac

Pros: Runs XP on my Macbook 2.4ghz as if it were running native. You can run over 50 different operating systems as well. OS could be installed from an ISO vs. needing to have full CD burned.
Cons: Takes time to remember the Mac versions of the windows keys. Uses a lot of Ram. Should have 4 gig installed on the MAC to run efficiently.

Pros: I am running WinXP Pro SP2 in my Bootcamp partition and using Fusion to run it in a VM when OS X is booted on my Mini. I like the seamless integration when using the Unity mode. Everything I have tried so far has run perfectly in the VM.
Cons: When using a bootcamp based VM, you cannot suspend the VM ... it has to be shutdown.

Liked Better than Parrallels

Pros: Using with a Bootcamp partition and runs great. The thing I like with this over Parrallels is it allows you to set the number of cores it can access on your processor. Parrallels was only using one core. The latest 1.1 update fixed the disappearing harddive after quitting too. And now it's Leopard compliant.
