Pros: Makes excellent photoprints. Text also excellent

Cons: As Irving and Titus have stated, the printer software will tell you that an ink cartridge has run out when it still has a lot of ink. Cartridges are opaque so ink level can not be determined visually. Cost of ink isn't as excessive as some have complained if you only change them when they actually run dry
