I have spent many hours on the phone with apple, and HP and still can not get this cheap printer to work. Installing the latest 1.2.0.224 driver the printer was recognized, but print job hangs. HP and apple support so far are unable to explain. Jan. 2, 2010. Next time I will buy the brand in the apple store that works. You just can not trust the HP website. Does not work with OS 10.6.2 ,using airport extreme router. MAC compatible products usually are a simple no brainer install. This was not. ...

Great basic printer at a great price
 
This printer is nothing fancy, but it does the job it's supposed to.
The printing time is quick and the printer cartridges last for quite some time. I print at least 20 pages every day on this printer and I usually change the cartridge every four months or so. The replacement cartridges for this printer are also not too expensive (it takes the HP 35A) which can sometimes be a problem when you buy a cheap printer.
