Pros: Fast and runs cool, 37 deg cel. have it installed in a 3 bay rack. Other segates run a little cooler. Good value for a 1TB drive.

Cons: Bubble wrap packaging. Surprised it worked. Order drive with other items when choosing free shipping so that you will have better packaging. If only ordering one hard drive from Newegg, ship it FedEx.
