Great product. Very Well Built and Solid
The quality is way better than what I expected, and it's holding my monitors very securly. I like the added flexability of being able to go from portrait to landscape very easily and setup was a breeze.
Regarding the other review about it being too loose. I actually had the opposite problem. Mine was too tight.
But not a big deal (and shouldn't be a big deal for the guy that complained about i being too loose). You can actually adjust the tightness for all of the joints...

Stay away, not worth the aggravation.
I had great expectations for this arm. It's specs said it could handle a monitor up to 20 lbs, my Samsung 21" weighs approximately 15-16 lbs without it's stand. Perfect I thought.
The installation was easy enough, and yes, the arm does support my monitor's weight. However, the monitor's weight makes it tilt down towards the desk, making it impossible to view the screen properly. Very flexible
Very good hardware for the price.
Pros:
* Solid construction, dual table clamps
* Quite flexible (swivel, pan, tilt, rotation)
Cons:
* Not fully flexible; height adjustable +/- 1" by moving bolt holes only.
* Cable management pretty useless (just use zipties)

Good Product
This has worked well for the managers on our team. They've gained a lot of desk space through using the monitor arm mount. It is very steardy.

Been using with flatscreen for about 3 weeks now
I have a Dell Ultrasharp 2408wfp (24" flatscreen), reviewed as THE best 24" flatscreen (1900x1200 @ 1080p HD) by cnet.com.

Great with Dell 24" Widescreen
I have used this Kensington mount with good results on a Dell 24" Monitor and did not experience any problems with unwanted tilting or sinking height over time. Half as expensive as many equivalent desk-mount arms, it is a great value. It is not as high as some competitive mounts, but it is high enough to not cause eye or neck strain if you are 5"11" or under. Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Sturdy and well built. tilts at all angles. Other reviews comlained of movement too loose or to tight but I did not find this to be the case.
One drawback: I needed to mount so monitor was above another item. Limited hight. Arm is 12" max above mounting surface. Was able to add pieces of 2'x4's under base to get my requirements.
