Good pen overall, but a few were bad
Good pens, but in the pack of 12 (I'm using about 5 simultaneously), at least 1 is a dud. The ink doesn't not flow well in the dud, but everything else is good.

truly great customer service.
i had a problem with my airmattress after just 8 days of use. i was sent a replacement as soon as i spoke with the dealer whom i purchased it from. they were awesome and sent me a new one post haste. no problem. i appreciated this tremendously and will be choosing them again in the future.

Works for a While
I love the writing qualities of this pen. I buy the black and red pens by the 5 pack. BUT... I can't believe they have never figured out a way to keep them writing. In the years I've been using them I've never had one run out of inkl because about 3 weeks after I pick it up for the first time the ink shudders to a stop and I have to throw it away. I've tried cleaning the point, pushing it, pulling it,shaking it, and think there must be a gallon of ink left in all the pens I've tossed. Same ...

Best Pen Made in the World
Easily the best pen made in the world. Two features stand out: (1) smooth ink flow; and (2) no smearing/quick drying.
Some downsides: (1) wish it was retractable since I lose the tops sometimes (G2 sucks); (2) if you drop it, the ink canister will break and the pen will leak.
I'm shocked people pay hundreds of dollars for montblancs when the best pen in the world can be found for under $2.

the best pen ever, the only pen I use
I've been using this pilot precise v5 rolling ball pen for 10 years now, and never like to write using any other pen. I use the extra fine point, which gives me a super sharp edge, with freeflowing ink, which make my nurses' notes at work look super sharp and legible. It doesn't smudge, which is important for me, since I'm left handed and can't use any fountain pens, due to the slow drying of those inks. So this pen was a super find for me 10 years ago, and I've never used anything else since.
