Pros: It's a good little router for <20 people. I have a 16/2 cable connection, and it happily passed packets all day long with very little processor usage. I originally purchased this model, upgraded the RAM, and slapped the Adv. IP IOS on it, and even with 4 VLANs having ingress/egress ACLs and the WAN interface having ingress/egress ACLs, the processor barely ever hit 70% usage spikes.
