Pros: 250mW is cranking! My WRT54G is pushing 100mW, stock antennas, and is the perfect mate.
You can push a WRT54G to 258mW, but it gives you far too much noise and gives you worse signal.

Pros: It would have a better range than my wireless B. but......
Cons: The only thing is that the specifications said that it has an ""INTERNAL ANTENNA"" which doesnt work at all even though your right beside the router.
Other Thoughts: No cd drivers, and most of all no antenna wires for the connections provided.

Pros: After travelling with the Dell D600 and EnGenius card I was seldom disappointed when trying to connect to a wireless access point (WAP).
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: I could find an empty seat in an airport, turn-on the laptop and get connected to a WAP on the first attempt. No more walking from place to place with the laptop and refreshing the wireless sinal finder ...

Pros: If you are in the same room as the router, works just as a wireless card should.
Cons: If you are more than 10-15 feet away from the router or in a different room, forget about using the ""internal"" antenna.

Dell Latitude-D600 Wireless Replacement

Pros: Far greater range compared to the stock Dell TrueMobile 1300 wireless card. Easy to replace, antenna connections in the Dell are compatible with the two connections on the card. No noticable heat on the mini-PCI cover.
