Antenna Stand
Stand works great along with the Linksys high gain antenna,
lenght of cable to computer only 6 feet and I needed more, Linksys couldn't help with this problem, order a Hawking HAC7SS
cable extention gives you another 7 feet.

Inexpensive and it works
My setup has the wireless router on the ground floor and two machines upstairs. One machine directly above the router worked fine but another that was about 20' away worked poorly. Tried the antenna on the router and it really didn't help. Then I tried this antenna on the most distant PC and the improvement was incredible.

Excellent product - Completely resolved my communication issues.
After installing the AS1SMA, my signal strength is improved, my wireless range has increased and my internet connection is noticeably more reliable. It has greatly improved the ability of my computer to operate reliably in on-line gaming environments.

Extends Antenna away from back of computer
After buying the stand and attaching my hi-gain antenna I improved my signal strength and was finally able to reach the true input/output speeds
of my adapter card with no signal drop.

great product

Pros: This is a great product for PCI wireless cards. Once I removed one of my two antennas from behind the computer and moved it to the stand, my signal went from good/fair to excellent at -49db.
Cons: WiFI signals are a bit crazy when you're competing with neighbors. I pick up 12 signals now (even though I'm isolated on channel 1). Even now when I move my computer further...

Works, but...

Pros: It set up as easy as anything possibly could. Looks nice and has a pretty long cord.
Cons: It really didn't help all that much. My monitor cable seems to be the culpret. The stand got my antenna out of the way of that, but i must just be a little too far away from the router, because its really hard to get a solid 54mbps.

Can't go wrong.

Pros: Everything!
- NetStumbler was reading -79 signal strength, now -57.
- Doubled SNR (21-43) NetStumbler.
- Was between 1.0-48.0 MBPS and low to very low, now 54.0 and excellent.
- Easy, plug it in, and it's already working.
- Cases block signals (was getting 2 signals regularly), now I'm recieving 8 signals with antenn...
