Pros: Works very well. Used it to get a signal into my neighbors cinder block house. Before installing I had an intermittent connection after install signal strength is 25-50%. Tried omni-directional antenna without success.
Cons: Cable is quite short.

Pros: The distance we were covering was about 1/4 mile from a house to a metal building. Trees were between the house and building. With one antenna sending the signal we could not detect a signal. Adding a second directional antenna (both on the roofs)to receive the signal, we have 60 to 70% signal strenght and a functional internet connection....

Pros: This is great. Very good range. Highly recommend this if you need to expand your network and have line of site to the AP. You don't need to get it exact to get a good signal, right now I am about 500-600ft away and get a great signal with just one of these antennas.

Excellent
I have this setup on my network over a distance of about 1/2 mile at both ends. I ended up adding an amplifier on both ends du to the unique situation I have here. These are running 24/7 and I have had no problems connecting between the two, even in high winds I still stay connected.
Highly recommend if you want to set up a wireless link where running a cable is not feasible.

Pros: I connected a Linksys WRT54GL v1.1 with stock antennas through a wall and 2 miles away (in line of sight other than the wall) to a Hawking HWREG1 G extender connected to this antenna. I am running the building phone system (IP Phones) as well as internet and surveillance video over the connection. For the $ this setup is amazing.
