Pros: Does the trick. Works well. Installed like a charm.
Cons: Always get a headache with those tiny wires. Construction of the box could be a lot sturdier. Works fine scr_ewed in, wouldn't recommend the provided adhesive pad because the box can open up and disconnect tiny wires. Normal stuff.
