Pros: Cheap. External antenna capable with highly available RP-SMA connectors. I have bought 8 of these and have not had a single problem with one yet. These are rock solid stable.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Very tricky to configure if your illiterate and can't follow instructions. Particularly to the ones on the CD...

Pros: Size is great, nice and small. The price is great for the features you get. If you have a router that has wps then the connection is a snap (My router doesn't have it). I've got it connected to my xbox 360 so the price is nice compared to the more expensive microsoft product and this one gives you some flexibility of placement.
