The only wireless device you need, seriously.
Tech Level: somewhat high

Pros: FLEXIBLE :
WDS, Universal Repeater, Station, AP, Bridging...this thing does IT ALL, with a very wide range of security options to boot and plenty of power and sensitivity to boot.
Cons: A lesser known brand.
Other Thoughts: I use this device everywhere. I've used a number of Edimax devices, and this is easily the best yet.

Pros: It took me longer to screw the antenna and plug its cables in than it took to connect all my wireless devices to this AP. Literally 10 minutes after I opened the package, I had my laptop (with connection-fussy Vista), Nintendo Wii, and Sony PS3 all connected without problem, with 100% signal between the house's floors.
