I purchased this AP for our small business with 10 to 15 users when our old wireless device could not handle the load. The load balancing on this device is fantastic and I have only had to reset it a few times. The support from Belkin on it is superb as well.

Great range. PoE works flawlessly. Easy setup as an AP or repeater.
Cons:
None so far.
Other Thoughts:
Have not used one as a DHCP router yet, so I cannot comment on the ease/quality of that feature. We used a few of these to replace the similar (but far more expensive) Cisco Aironet APs in our offices. We always had issues with the Cisco units, but ...
